Abstract
This internship report shares my experiences working at a non-governmental organization (NGO) that empowers girls through education. I discuss my responsibilities, what I learned, and the challenges and opportunities I encountered. The report offers an accessible look at how education can build girls’ confidence, agency, and future options, and how day-to-day NGO work translates values into practice.
Denne praktikrapport beskriver mine erfaringer fra et forløb i en ikke-statslig organisation (NGO), der arbejder for at styrke piger gennem uddannelse. Jeg gennemgår mine opgaver, hvad jeg lærte, og hvilke udfordringer og muligheder jeg mødte.
