Abstract

This thesis presents a design proposal for the Danish Pavilion at the 2015 World Expo in Milan, themed "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life." The concept draws on Danish culture and everyday habits related to food and water. The pavilion is intended to attract passersby, inviting them to queue and "visit" Denmark. A key focus is how visitors move through the exhibition spaces, to ensure a clear and continuous flow. Because the pavilion is temporary, this strongly influenced choices of materials, structure, and construction.
