Abstract
Dette projekt foreslår et boligkompleks i Runavík på Færøerne. Det er et svar på den igangværende byudvikling og behovet for en tydelig retning for byens identitet. Designet har fokus på at skabe behagelige og særprægede boliger, der fungerer godt i et hårdt klima. Udgangspunktet er en grundig forståelse af stedet—landskab, natur og lokal identitet—samt en oversættelse af lokale, traditionelle byggeskikke (vernakulær arkitektur) til en nutidig arkitektonisk løsning.
