Abstract

De seneste ti år har universiteter i stigende grad støttet studerendes iværksætteridéer. Mange har oprettet startup-inkubatorer – programmer, der giver vejledning, træning og adgang til ressourcer, så studerende kan omsætte idéer til virksomheder. Aalborg Universitets campus i København er ved at etablere en inkubator for studenterdrevne projekter. I øjeblikket optages en ny gruppe studerende to gange om året, og som et ungt initiativ mangler nogle processer stadig at blive defineret og forbedret. Dette speciale kortlægger og analyserer den brugerrejse, som studerende gennemgår, når de interagerer med inkubatoren, og foreslår derefter forbedringer ved hjælp af servicedesign-værktøjer og -metoder, dvs. praktiske tilgange til at designe og forfine services med udgangspunkt i brugerbehov. Teoretisk undersøger specialet også en metode, der potentielt kan anvendes i andre sammenhænge.

Over the past decade, universities have increasingly supported student entrepreneurship. Many have set up startup incubators—programs that provide guidance, training, and access to resources to help students turn ideas into viable businesses. Aalborg University's Copenhagen campus is establishing such an incubator for student-led projects. At present, it admits a new cohort twice a year and, as a young initiative, some of its processes still need to be defined and improved. This thesis maps and analyzes the user journey—the steps students take and the experiences they have when interacting with the incubator—and then proposes improvements using service design tools and methods, which are practical approaches for designing and refining services around user needs. From a theoretical perspective, the thesis also explores a methodology that could be replicated in other settings.
