Denne masterafhandling undersøger, hvordan tværfaglige processer omkring udsatte børn kan styrkes gennem et aktionsforskningsforløb på Skolen Sydfalster som forarbejde til Guldborgsund Kommunes frikommuneprojekt “Børn som vores vigtigste ressource”. Projektet bestod af tre aktioner: at skabe rum for refleksion, en samarbejdsøvelse og en fælles opsamling med fremadrettede fokusområder. Formålet var at ændre arbejdsgange og øge opmærksomheden på faglige forskelle for at opbygge et stærkere fælles grundlag for det tværfaglige samarbejde, særligt i lyset af midlertidige dispensationer fra Servicelovens §§ 48, 50 og 140. Analysen af forløbet tager afsæt i Humberto Maturanas domæneteori (produktions-, æstetik- og forklaringsdomænet). Afhandlingen rummer desuden en juridisk analyse af underretningspligten med udgangspunkt i Serviceloven og Folkeskoleloven, med særligt fokus på skolefravær. Projektet bidrog til en tidlig opstart af kommunens frikommuneforsøg, og de foreløbige resultater peger på øget nysgerrighed, bedre samarbejde og ny viden på tværs af faggrupper, men også på et fortsat behov for at fastholde fokus på tværfaglig koordinering i relation til at opfylde underretningspligten.
This master’s thesis examines how multi-professional processes around vulnerable children can be strengthened through an action research project at Sydfalster School, conducted as preparatory work for Guldborgsund Municipality’s free-municipality trial “Kids are our most important resource.” The project comprised three actions: creating space for reflection, a cooperation exercise, and a joint synthesis with future focal points. The aim was to change workflows and heighten awareness of professional differences to build a stronger shared foundation for collaboration, particularly in light of temporary exemptions from Sections 48, 50, and 140 of the Social Services Act. The analysis draws on Humberto Maturana’s theory of domains (production, aesthetics, and explanation). The thesis also includes a legal analysis of mandatory reporting duties under the Social Services Act and the Folkeskole Act, with a specific focus on school absenteeism. The project supported an early start to the municipal trial, and initial findings indicate increased curiosity, improved cooperation, and new knowledge across professions, while underscoring the ongoing need to maintain focus on cross-disciplinary coordination to fulfill reporting obligations.
