Abstract
Denne rapport introducerer Essence, Innovation Games og hvordan de spiller sammen. Den beskriver udviklingen af det andet Essence-spil gennem fem iterationer. Undervejs blev der udviklet en skabelon til spillet og gennemført test. Den overordnede udviklingsmetode var spiralmodellen – en iterativ tilgang med gentagne runder af planlægning, udvikling og test. I de enkelte iterationer blev der brugt både Innovation Games og mere traditionelle metoder. Resultatet er en afprøvet version af det andet Essence-spil og en skabelon, der kan bruges til fremtidige Essence-spil.
This report introduces Essence, Innovation Games, and how they interact. It describes the development of the second Essence Game through five iterations. Along the way, a game template was created and the game was tested. The overall development approach was the spiral model—an iterative process with repeated cycles of planning, development, and testing. Each iteration used both Innovation Games and more conventional methods. The outcome is a tested version of the second Essence Game and a template for future Essence games.
