Denne masterafhandling undersøger fremkomsten af distributed ledger technology (DLT) og dens betydning for entreprenørskab med fokus på to spørgsmål: om DLT forstyrrer entreprenørielle muligheder, og om den muliggør nye forretningsmodeller. Arbejdet kombinerer litteraturstudier og online søgning med empiriske metoder som ekspertinterviews og spørgeskemaer og anvender markedsanalytiske rammer (diffusionsmodeller, PESTEL, Porters Five Forces og SWOT).
