Abstract
This thesis explores how Green Tech Challenge (GTC) can manage a transition phase to develop a post-service offering by strengthening relations between startups through co-creation. The process follows a design thinking approach and employs Design Sprints with GTC stakeholders across the stages of understanding, defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing. Based on this process, it proposes the service concept Physical Network Meeting, a face-to-face networking session during the program that addresses alumni needs for interaction and relationships while enabling GTC to follow businesses afterward through an alumni network. The thesis also reflects on the distinction between Personas and Company Personas as a tool to help service designers and companies analyze and visualize businesses and support research analysis and synthesis. It concludes with recommendations and tools for how GTC should implement the service concept.
