Abstract
Dette projekt opbygger en prototype af en tre-niveaus neutralpunkt-klemt (NPC) effektomformer til en vertikalakslet Darrieus-vindmølle. En omformer er effektelektronik, der styrer, hvordan elektricitet flyder i systemet, og et NPC-design kan danne tre spændingsniveauer for mere jævn regulering. Vertikalakslede møller som Darrieus-typen har særlige styringsbehov, så vi vurderede to sensorløse styringsstrategier (metoder uden mekaniske positionssensorer). Begge strategier blev implementeret og afprøvet i laboratoriet. Resultaterne viser, at sensorløs feltorienteret styring (FOC), som regulerer de magnetiske feltkomponenter for at styre moment og hastighed, er det mest egnede valg til denne anvendelse.
This project builds a prototype three-level neutral-point-clamped (NPC) power converter for a vertical-axis Darrieus wind turbine. A converter is the power electronics that manages how electricity flows in the system, and an NPC design can produce three voltage levels for smoother control. Vertical-axis turbines like the Darrieus type have particular control needs, so we evaluated two sensorless control strategies (methods that avoid using mechanical position sensors). Both strategies were implemented and tested in laboratory experiments. The results show that sensorless field-oriented control (FOC), which regulates magnetic field components to control torque and speed, is the most suitable choice for this application.
