Abstract
This thesis discusses how Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) can approach risk analysis and risk management when introducing a new technology as part of a European project. It clarifies typical steps in the process: identifying potential problems, estimating their likelihood and impact, and planning actions to prevent or reduce negative outcomes during deployment.
Specialet diskuterer, hvordan små og mellemstore virksomheder (SMV'er) kan arbejde med risikoanalyse og risikostyring, når de indfører ny teknologi som led i et europæisk projekt. Det forklarer typiske trin i processen: at identificere mulige problemer, vurdere deres sandsynlighed og konsekvens, og planlægge tiltag for at forebygge eller begrænse negative effekter under implementeringen.
