Abstract

Dette kandidatspeciale fra Aalborg Universitet (Cand.Scient.Techn. i Bygningsinformatik) har til formål at give virksomheder et grundlag for at forbedre praksis for procesbaseret videndeling. Specialet undersøger, hvordan interne arbejdsgange i en rådgivende bygge- og arkitektvirksomhed kan gøres konkrete og forståelige for alle, og hvordan de kan bruges som base for videndeling, analyse og forbedring. Arbejdet afdækker virksomhedens og medarbejdernes behov for et nyt IT-system, der understøtter den nuværende praksis. Resultatet er en funktionel model af et sådant system samt en liste over mulige eksisterende løsninger, der kan øge den samlede kvalitet. Specialet er udarbejdet i samarbejde med arkitektvirksomheden C.F. Møller (CFM), og en aftale mellem CFM og forfatteren har sikret gensidig vidensudveksling. Der indgår interne spørgeskemaundersøgelser som led i arbejdet hos den nyudnævnte kvalitetschef, Lars Christiansen. Disse undersøgelser giver indblik i det aktuelle kvalitetsniveau og de tilhørende arbejdsgange og vil blive brugt i CFM’s fremtidige kvalitetsarbejde. This master’s thesis from Aalborg University (Master of Science and Technology in Building Informatics) aims to provide companies with a foundation for improving process-based knowledge sharing.
