Abstract
Dataindsamling via sociale medier og smartphone-apps bliver mere almindelig. Et eksempel er appen PulsoDeLaCiudad, som er del af et EU-projekt, der støtter udviklingen af smarte byer—byer der bruger data til at forbedre service og planlægning ved at vide mere om, hvor folk befinder sig. Appen har allerede bidraget til forbedringer i Santander og blev forsøgt implementeret i Århus, hvor den mødte forbehold fra kommunen, som er en ønsket partner.
