Abstract
The objective of the study is to explore and understand how tourists acquire knowledge in pre-trip planning stage in order to book an accommodation through AirBnB and what kind of influence it gives to their decision making process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is exploratory and designed to investigate and generate a new level of understanding about relatively new phenomenon.
