Abstract
Cross-border transactions imply the use of multiple tools to ensure the successful outcome of Post-Acquisition Change Management and integration strategies. This investigation compares cases of study where key strategies and decision-making of leadership are identified for a better understanding of the topic and the contributions of theory.
