Abstract
Organizational management, focusing on the management of entities that have behavior within the environment of an organization, is a key feature for any organization to accomplish its mission efficiently. This thesis first identifies primary causes behind well known daily organizational management problems, such as excess of information traffic or lack of good quality real-time information for decision support, and then attempts to solve one of those causes: fragmented employee context information. A prototype of the solution will abide an experiment which serves to evaluate the proposal
