Abstract
Mingle Path er et cykelstiprojekt ved Copenhagen Railway Maintenance Center, et område hvor de fleste af de oprindelige funktioner er lukket. Projektet etablerer en cykelrute med tre 'destinationszoner' med forskellige programmer, anvendelser og aktiviteter, som inviterer folk til at standse, mødes og bruge området. Designforslaget er udviklet gennem en intuitiv designtilgang, stedsanalyse og kvantitative interviews (spørgeundersøgelser) og er understøttet af teoretisk forskning. Mingle Path markerer det første skridt i at omdanne vedligeholdelsesområdet til et nutidigt bymiljø.
