Abstract
This thesis develops a practical concept and a web-based tool to measure the agile maturity of individual employees in software development. By agile maturity, we mean how well a person understands and uses agile ways of working, such as short iterations, close collaboration, and adapting to change. To build the concept, existing agile maturity models and their use were reviewed, with a particular focus on methods for assessing agility and agile maturity at the individual level. The tool was tested with participants from two software companies in Midtjylland, Denmark. The results suggest that such a tool could be useful and appealing for both small and large companies. However, further research and broader testing are needed to validate the concept.
