Denne masterafhandling undersøger strategisk udvikling i den rumænske entreprenørvirksomhed ACOMIN SA, som oplever en uklar strategisk retning, der hæmmer lønsomhed og skaber driftsmæssige problemer som intern miskommunikation og mangel på personale. Det centrale forskningsspørgsmål er, hvilke forbedrende tiltag der kan styrke virksomhedens strategiske udvikling og samtidig adressere kommunikation og bemanding.
