Abstract
The thesis is an analysis of the binding local plan in order to elucidate potential modifications. On the basis of the 30 year old Danish planning system, this thesis seeks to clarify whether or not the binding local plan is in need of a modification. This is relevant to clarify because the regional and municipal plan has gone through significant modifications, while the local plan in principle has not and is in the same version as when it was born in 1975.
