Abstract

This thesis is about applying service design to the development of the Open Data Lab Platform. This is a resource where citizens can learn about open data with the intention of creating services that will meet their needs. The Platform is one of the tools created by the European-funded project Open4Citizens and it can be used in both co-design contexts and for independent purposes outside of the framework of a co-design event.
