Abstract
Denne afhandling undersøger, hvordan innovation og innovationsledelse undervises på Informatikuddannelsen ved Aalborg Universitet. Innovationsledelse forstås som den systematiske styring af at udvikle og gennemføre nye idéer. Afhandlingen spørger, om de studerende faktisk lærer innovationskompetencer under studiet, og hvilke tiltag der kan styrke dette. Metoden omfatter litteraturgennemgang, analyse af tekster, spørgeskema og interview. Deltagere er informatikstuderende, vejledere og undervisere. Resultaterne viser, at undervisningen trods universitetets intentioner ikke i tilstrækkelig grad udvikler de studerendes innovationskompetencer. Afhandlingen skitserer forslag, der kan sikre, at intentionerne bliver opfyldt.
This thesis examines how innovation and innovation management are taught in the Informatics program at Aalborg University. Innovation management is understood as the organized process of developing and implementing new ideas. It asks whether students actually gain innovation skills during their studies and what changes could strengthen this learning. The study uses a literature review, text analysis, a questionnaire, and an interview. Participants include Informatics students, supervisors, and lecturers. The findings show that, despite the university’s intentions, current teaching does not sufficiently develop students’ innovation skills. The thesis outlines proposals to help ensure these intentions are met.
