Abstract

Denne afhandling har til formål at identificere væksthæmmende flaskehalse i opbevarings- og transportvirksomheden STK. Gennem afhandlingen berøres teori vedrørende ledelse, Lean, automatisering ved hjælp af AGV'er og lign. Endeligt fremlægges en konklusion indeholdende mulige løsninger til nedbringelse af de identificerede flaskehalse.

This thesis aims to identify growth restraining bottlenecks in the transportation- and storage company, STK. Through this thesis theories regarding leadership style, Lean, automation through AGV's, etc. is presented. Finally a conclusion presents possible solutions to eliminate the identified bottlenecks.
