Abstract
Dette speciale undersøger, hvordan teams i asfaltvirksomheden Colas Aalborg kan blive mere effektive og skabe større effekt, med henblik på at bidrage til produktivitetsvækst i bygge- og anlægssektoren. Udgangspunktet er et casestudie, der kombinerer kvalitativ og kvantitativ informationsindsamling (mixed methods) og struktureres ved hjælp af Logical Framework Approach (LFA) med interessentanalyse, problemtræ og måltræ. Arbejdet adresserer forskningsspørgsmålet om, hvordan projektteams sammensættes for at levere gode projekter, og fokuserer på tre underspørgsmål: kulturens betydning for teameffektivitet, hvad der gør en gruppe til et team, samt hvordan teamets effektivitet og effekt kan forbedres.
