Abstract
Dette speciale undersøger, hvordan voksende produktionsvirksomheder kan optimere og organisere deres arbejdsprocesser med Lakrids by Bülow som case. Gennem litteraturstudier, dataindsamling og observationer identificeres centrale driftsudfordringer, der opstår under vækst. Analysen anvender Lean Manufacturing—en tilgang, der reducerer spild og gør arbejdsflow mere effektivt—til at rammesætte problemet og pege på mulige løsninger. På baggrund af observationerne beskriver specialet de vigtigste barrierer og foreslår praktiske lean-værktøjer og tiltag, der kan understøtte og forbedre virksomhedens processer.
This thesis examines how growing production companies can optimize and organize their work processes, using Lakrids by Bülow as a case study. Through a review of relevant literature, data collection, and observations, it identifies key operational challenges that arise during growth.
