Dette speciale undersøger, hvordan transnational vidensoverførsel (deling af viden og praksis på tværs af landegrænser) påvirker konkurrencefordelen i den vietnamesiske softwareindustri. Undersøgelsen præsenterer to case-studier, der viser vidensoverførsel i praksis og giver praktiske indsigter til folk, der arbejder i informations- og kommunikationsteknologi (IKT).
