Abstract
'With respect to scalability, fault-tolerance and flexibility requirements, we proposed a novel architecture of Grid Information Service. Two outstanding features of this architecture are nodes applying Optimized Link State Routing Protocol (OLSR) to self-organize network structure and resource information traveling around in terms of its validity. The architecture was implemented and the system is well functioning. It was confirmed that using OLSR the system is able to automatically build up and then maintain the network as expected, and the network structure is fault-tolerant and flexible. Many experiments have been done regarding the performance, and the results show that the system appears to be scalable.'
