Abstract
Formålet med dette bachelorprojekt er at undersøge, hvordan overdragelsesprocessen for unge i overgangen fra børne- til voksenlovgivning påvirkes af grænseflader mellem afdelinger i det tværgående samarbejde. Med grænseflader menes de steder, hvor ansvar, opgaver og information skifter hænder, og hvor koordinering på tværs skal fungere. Projektet afdækker, hvilke grænseflader der særligt påvirker forløbet, og hvordan de kan optimeres, når støtte efter den sociale lovgivning skal koordineres i overgangen fra barn til voksen. Udgangspunktet er en forforståelse af, at samarbejdet rummer udfordringer, og projektet forholder sig kritisk til Aalborg Kommunes bureaukrati og organisering. Begrebet integritet behandles ligeledes kritisk i relation til den tværgående indsats omkring de unge. Metodisk anvendes en abduktiv tilgang, hvor der veksles mellem empiri og teori (hverken ren induktion eller deduktion), inden for en socialkonstruktivistisk forståelsesramme. Analysen bygger på en hermeneutisk metode med både personcentreret og temacentreret tilgang. Det kvalitative datamateriale består af solointerviews samt en fokusgruppe, som sammenholdes med udvalgte teorier af David L. Brown, Harold J. Leavitt og De fire fællesmetodiske principper. Resultatet peger på, at der findes uhensigtsmæssige og uafstemte grænseflader i det tværfaglige samarbejde i overgangsprocessen. Projektet anbefaler at styrke koordineringen gennem et overdragelsesteam, hvor repræsentanter fra relevante afdelinger arbejder samlet om indsatsen for de unge.
This bachelor project examines how the handover process for young people moving from child to adult social service regulations is shaped by interfaces between departments in cross-disciplinary collaboration. Here, interfaces are the points where responsibilities, tasks, and information change hands and where cross-department coordination must work. The project identifies which interfaces most affect the process and how they can be improved when support under social services must be coordinated during the transition from child to adult legislation. The work starts from a pre-understanding that the collaboration contains problems and takes a critical view of Aalborg Municipality’s bureaucracy and organization. The concept of integrity is also examined critically in relation to the cross-sector effort around young people. Methodologically, the project uses an abductive approach, moving between data and theory (neither purely inductive nor purely deductive), within a social constructivist perspective. The analysis follows a hermeneutic strategy using both person-centered and theme-centered approaches. Qualitative data include individual interviews and a focus group, which are compared with selected theories by David L. Brown, Harold J. Leavitt, and the Four Common Methodological Principles. The findings indicate that poorly aligned interfaces exist in the interdisciplinary collaboration during the transition. The project recommends improving coordination by establishing a transfer team in which representatives from the relevant departments work together around the young people.
