Abstract
This thesis examines how corporate ghosting—when an employer stops communicating with applicants without explanation—affects candidates during recruitment. The study is based on qualitative interviews with people who have personally experienced ghosting in their application process, to shed light on their experiences and perspectives on recruitment.
Dette speciale undersøger, hvordan corporate ghosting—når en virksomhed stopper al kontakt med ansøgere uden forklaring—påvirker kandidater i en rekrutteringsproces.
