Abstract
Freedom of expression has come under pressure in recent years from different sides, e.g. massive government surveillance programs, political correctness, social pressure etc. This is a study of how generative Internet technologies can be combined into an open platform supporting freedom of expression, using the sound approach on which the Internet was based. Fundamental requirements and a proposed solution are presented.
