Abstract

This thesis explores how architecture and health are closely connected in everyday life. Building on this basic link, it argues for a positive, practical approach: designing buildings and spaces that actively promote health. The project proposes a new architectural typology (a type of building) focused on the community. It is conceived as a restorative and energizing place where people can experience the benefits of healthy daily habits while learning about health and medical aspects of everyday life.
