Abstract
Dette speciale undersøger, hvordan en utilgængelig, muret og grøn grund i Lisbons bydel Graça kan omdannes til et offentligt aktiv. Med afsæt i grundens markante placering på en skråning og dens rolle som synligt “grønt åndedrag” foreslås det at åbne området for byen ved at etablere en park og placere en beskeden offentlig bygning – et forum – i stedet for at skabe et nyt vartegn.
