Afhandlingen gennemgår de dokumenter og tekniske krav fra FIFA og det Polske Fodboldforbund, som er relevante for bygningen. Den analyserer, hvordan den lokale kontekst—fx beliggenhed, omgivelser og lokale regler—hænger sammen med bygningens arkitektoniske særtræk.
