Abstract
This report introduces a method for the introduction and use of Essence, through the means of a camp, intensive teaching, and coaching. Essence is an addition to regular development practices, and it is designed to help increase innovation during software development. The method is a theoretical model based on a camp and a self-organizing team participating in the camp. At the camp intensive teaching and coaching are used as the means to share knowledge.
