Abstract
Rapporten præsenterer en metode til at introducere og bruge Essence i softwareudvikling gennem et campforløb, intensiv undervisning og coaching. Essence beskrives som et supplement til almindelige udviklingspraksisser, der skal fremme innovation. Metoden er en teoretisk model, hvor et selvorganiserende team deltager i campen. Under campen deles viden og bygges kompetencer op via fokuseret undervisning og løbende coaching.
