Abstract
The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate the current experiences from a finished EPC/ESCO project in order to establish knowledge on today’s condition of EPC/ESCO projects. The motivation is to inform and inspire for future EPC projects in Denmark, combined with the need to be critical of the implementation of the model since it is acknowledged that further investigation and research is needed.
