Abstract

Projektet afprøver et virtuelt læringsdesign, der skal støtte studerende under deres praktikforløb. Arbejdet bygger på sociokulturelle perspektiver: Lave og Wengers communities of practice (hvordan man lærer i praksisfællesskaber), teorier om læringstransfer (hvordan læring flytter fra uddannelse til praksis), skrivning som læringsredskab samt Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL). Metodisk anvendes aktionsforskning, hvor designet afprøves og forbedres i cyklusser. Data stammer fra tekstanalyser af online "computer conferences" (diskussionsfora) og et gruppeinterview i evaluerings- og reifikationsfaserne, hvor indsigter omsættes til konkrete ændringer. Specialet evaluerer designet og afslutter med konkrete forslag til et redesign, som skal afprøves i en ny aktionsforskningscyklus.

This project tests a virtual learning design that supports students during practice placements (internships). It is grounded in socio-cultural perspectives: Lave and Wenger’s communities of practice (how people learn in work communities), theories of learning transfer (how learning moves from school to practice), the role of writing as a tool for learning, and Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL).
