Abstract
Formålet er å utprøve et design for å støtte barnvernspedagogstudenters læring i praksis. Teoretisk utgangspunkt i sosiokulturelle perspektiver med vekt på Lave/Wengers teorier om praksisfelleskap, teorier om læringstransfer, ”skrive for å lære” og design av samarbeidslæring på nett. Metodisk er oppgaven forankret i en aksjonsforskningstradisjon hvor analyse av aktivitet i konferanser og gruppeintervju inngår som metoder i evaluering. I oppgaven testes det ut et konkret design og oppgaven ender opp med forslag til endringer i designet for utprøving i ny aksjonsforskningssirkel.
The purpose of the project is to test a virtual design to support students learning process in practice placement. The theory is based on socio-cultural perspectives focusing on Lave/Wengers theories about communities of practice, theories about learning transfer, theories about the technology of writing as a possibility for learning and theories from the CSCL-tradition. The methodology is based on the Action research tradition and text analysis of computer conferences and a group interview is chosen for data collection in the evaluation and reification fases. In the thesis the design is evaluated and in the conclusion concrete changes is proposed for a new design to be tested in a new action research circle.
