Abstract
I samarbejde med Kitchen Collective (KC) undersøger projektet et tilbagevendende problem: utilstrækkelig renlighed. I fødevarebranchen er renlighed afgørende, og mindre problemer kan hurtigt vokse, hvis de ikke opdages tidligt. Projektets centrale spørgsmål er: Hvordan kan et digitalt kommunikationssystem fange problemer på et tidligt tidspunkt, før de bliver større? For at besvare dette analyserede vi den nuværende kommunikation mellem KC og kitcheneurs (køkkenbrugere) og undersøgte forskellige kommunikationsformer for at finde den bedst egnede løsning for begge parter. Analysen viste, at KC bruger mange ressourcer på at modtage henvendelser og skabe overblik, og at der er behov for lettere og hurtigere adgang til kommunikation. På baggrund af dette foreslår vi en kommunikationsplatform, der samler alle henvendelser ét sted og giver et klart overblik via visuelle statistikker. For kitcheneurs gør platformen det nemmere at indrapportere problemer, give feedback og kommunikere med KC, så problemer kan opdages og løses tidligere.
In collaboration with Kitchen Collective (KC), this project addresses a recurring issue: insufficient cleanliness. In the food industry, cleanliness is essential, and minor issues can quickly escalate if they are not caught early. The core question is: How can a digital communication system detect problems at an early stage, before they grow? To answer this, we examined current communication between KC and the kitcheneurs (kitchen users) and explored different communication methods to identify what would work best for both sides. The analysis showed that KC spends substantial resources receiving reports and building an overview, and that simpler, faster access to communication is needed. Based on these findings, we propose a communication platform that gathers all reports in one place and provides a clear overview through visual statistics. For kitcheneurs, the platform makes it easier to submit issues, offer feedback, and communicate with KC, helping problems be identified and resolved earlier.
