Abstract

At skrive sms’er under kørsel er ulovligt i Danmark, mens håndfri tilbehør er tilladt; eksisterende håndfri løsninger understøtter dog ikke sikker beskedhåndtering. Denne afhandling udvikler og evaluerer en prototype på en assisterende applikation, der skal gøre det muligt for bilister at komponere og hente beskeder med mindst mulig visuel og manuel opmærksomhed. Med afsæt i krav og designidéer fra tidligere interview med bilister implementerer prototypen funktioner som hurtigsvar, skabelonbaserede svar og muligheden for at få beskeder oplæst. Designet blev evalueret under laboratorieforhold ved at sammenligne graden af distraktion ved brug af prototypen med distraktion ved brug af bilens underholdnings-/instrumentbrætssystemer og ved konventionel sms på telefonen.
