I lyset af globalisering og udflytning af arbejdspladser undersøger dette speciale, om Danmark kan styrke sin konkurrenceevne via øget kreativitet. Formålet er at forstå, hvad kreativitet er, og om Den Kreative Platform (udviklet på Aalborg Universitet) kan gøre mennesker mere kreative. Projektet kombinerer en teoretisk gennemgang af kreativitet og den underliggende psykologi (hjernens funktion, mentale niveauer, kreative blokeringer og hukommelse) med en praktisk afprøvning af Den Kreative Platform, herunder dens principper om horisontal tænkning, ingen evaluering, opgavefokus, parallel tænkning, brug af 3D-cases samt en struktureret proces i faser. Forskningsdesignet er forankret i fænomenologi, socialkonstruktivisme og en kognitiv tilgang og omfatter en kvantitativ test baseret på Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking før og efter et tredages kursus på Den Kreative Platform; både individuelle og gruppebaserede tests indgår. Against the backdrop of globalization and job relocation, this thesis examines whether Denmark can strengthen its competitiveness by enhancing creativity. The aim is to clarify what creativity is and whether the Creative Platform (developed at Aalborg University) can make people more creative. The project combines a theoretical review of creativity and its psychological underpinnings (brain function, mental levels, creative blocks, and memory) with a practical trial of the Creative Platform, including its principles of horizontal thinking, no evaluation, task focus, parallel thinking, use of 3D cases, and a phased process. The research design draws on phenomenology, social constructivism, and a cognitive approach, and includes a quantitative assessment using the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking before and after a three-day course on the Creative Platform; both individual and group tests are included. A follow-up test is planned beyond the project timeframe. Findings indicate that participants became 7–39 percent more creative after the course and showed more open thinking. Not everyone responded equally well, possibly due to resistance to change or already high creativity that does not fit the platform’s protective framework.
