Abstract

This descriptive case study examines how teachers at three different schools in the same city, Targoviste in Dambovita County, Romania, understand the idea of creativity and how they try to cultivate it in their students. It describes teachers’ views on what creativity means in education and the classroom approaches they use to encourage creative thinking and work. By bringing together perspectives and practices from the three schools, the study provides a clearer picture of how creativity is interpreted and taught in this local context.
