Abstract
At inddrage brugere i designprocesser bliver stadig mere udbredt, men rummer også en risiko, fordi brugere ofte har svært ved at forklare, hvilke dele af et produkt der former deres oplevelse. For at undersøge, hvordan et produkt påvirker brugerens oplevelse uden at lade brugeren evaluere selve produktet, udvikler dette projekt et rammeværk og metoder, der forbinder designverdenen (produktets egenskaber og designvalg) med oplevelsesverdenen (hvordan mennesker oplever og reagerer), samtidig med at de holdes adskilt i undersøgelser.
