Abstract

Organisationer bruger forretningsfortælling (fortællende greb til at formidle budskaber) både internt og eksternt. Dette speciale præsenterer en klar, konceptuel model (en struktureret ramme) med to formål. For det første hjælper den med at beskrive og kortlægge de vigtigste elementer i forretningsfortælling og hvordan de hænger sammen. For det andet fungerer den som et praktisk værktøj til at vurdere en virksomheds nuværende fortællingsstrategi og finde muligheder for at styrke eller udvide den. Studiet sammenligner, hvordan etablerede virksomheder og startups anvender fortælling i dag, og gennemgår relevant teori, både inden for feltet og fra beslægtede områder, der kan bidrage. På denne baggrund udvikles modellen, dens anvendelighed afprøves, og der præsenteres en anbefalet arbejdsgang til at bruge den i organisationer.
