Abstract

Specialet undersøger, hvordan mennesker oplever netbank på to platforme: computer og mobile enheder. Der findes mange studier af netbank, men ingen, der direkte sammenligner brugeroplevelsen på tværs af platforme. For at skabe et fagligt udgangspunkt blev der gennemført et litteraturstudie, som definerede en ramme for at beskrive brugeroplevelsen – altså hvor let, effektiv og tilfredsstillende tjenesten føles for brugerne. Primære data blev indsamlet via et spørgeskema, og svarene blev analyseret kvantitativt. Rapporten præsenterer denne analyse for at give et klarere billede af brugeroplevelsen af netbank på computer og mobil.

This thesis explores how people experience online banking on two platforms: computers and mobile devices. Many studies examine online banking, but none directly compare the user experience across platforms. To ground the work, a literature review defined a framework for describing user experience—meaning how easy, efficient, and satisfying the service feels to users. Primary data were then collected through a questionnaire, and the responses were analyzed quantitatively.
