Abstract
Denne rapport præsenterer en praktisk teknik til at designe og forny forretningsmodeller, kaldet Business Model Design Tarot. Undersøgelsen er gennemført som handlingsforskning (at forske, mens man griber ind i praksis) med et oplevelsesdesign-perspektiv (fokus på, hvordan mennesker oplever designprocessen) og en tilgang fra konstruktiv designforskning (at bygge et værktøj for at lære af det). Teknikken bygger på metoden The Business Model Navigator. Den afprøves i en co-design-workshop, hvor deltagerne bruger den til at skabe en forretningsmodel. Forløbet i workshoppen er dokumenteret i rapporten.
This report presents a practical technique for designing and innovating business models, called the Business Model Design Tarot. The study uses action research (studying while intervening in practice) from an experience design perspective (with attention to how people experience the design process) and a constructive design research approach (building a tool to learn from it). The technique builds on the Business Model Navigator method. It is tried out in a co-design workshop, where participants use it to create a business model. The workshop process is documented in the report.
