At definere præcist, hvad en “forretningsmodel” er, og hvordan begrebet kan bruges, er sværere, end det umiddelbart ser ud. Dette speciale tager udfordringen op ved at gennemgå den videnskabelige litteratur og analysere en konkret business case.
