Abstract
This project deals with the development of an article management service for plumbing companies working on larger construction projects. The project is based on a strategic design approach with a close cooperation with A/S Chr. Boldsen, a plumbing article wholesaler. The strategic design approach entails working actively with designing a service that is desirable, viable and feasible. This has been done through a user centred approach, uncovering critical points in today’s article management. The service BOLDSEN packs for you is in directly continuation of the working procedures of the plumbing companies and has been designed to ease and facilitate the article management procedures while eliminating uncertainties and creating a better experience. BOLDSEN packs for you pushes A/S Chr. Boldsen to provide a better service for their customers based on their resources and possibilities.
