Abstract
Denne opgaver tager udgangspunkt i en case undersøgelse hos en offentlig bygherre. Det er opgavens formål at undersøge hvilke barrierer der internt ligger i en projektorganisation ved implementeringen af teknologien BIM. Her fandt undersøgelsen ud af at barriererne var af praktiske karakter. Dette speciale tager afsæt i et socioteknisk perspektiv af implementeringen af BIM i et anlægsprojekt. Det undersøges hvordan forskellige aktørers fortolkninger og relationer til teknologien skaber ubalance i en forandringsproces og vanskeliggøre stabiliseringen af teknologien. Det belyses også hvordan selve implementeringens strategiske fokus har påvirket projektorganisationen adoption af BIM i deres daglige praksis.
These tasks are based on a case study by a public developer. The purpose of the assignment is to investigate which barriers lie internally in a project organization when implementing the BIM technology. Here, the study found that the barriers were of a practical nature. This thesis is based on a socio-technical perspective of the implementation of BIM in a construction project. It examines how different actors' interpretations and relationships to technology create an imbalance in a change process and complicate the stabilization of technology. It also sheds light on how the strategic focus of the implementation itself has affected the project organization's adoption of BIM in their daily practice.
