Abstract
Dette speciale undersøger, hvordan et lavenergi-boligkompleks kan planlægges og udformes i Nørresundby. Fokus er at sænke energiforbruget uden at gå på kompromis med indeklima og daglig brug. Specialet forklarer centrale principper i lavenergi-byggeri og, med udgangspunkt i stedets forhold og gældende regler, drøfter muligheder, udfordringer og afvejninger som økonomi, drift og beboernes behov. Målet er at vise, hvordan bæredygtig boligudvikling kan realiseres i Nørresundby med lavt energibehov og høj komfort.
This thesis examines how a low-energy housing complex can be planned and designed in Nørresundby. The focus is on lowering energy use without compromising indoor comfort and everyday function. It explains key principles of low-energy building and, based on the local context and regulations, discusses opportunities, challenges, and trade-offs such as cost, operation, and residents' needs.
