Abstract
I dette afgangsprojekt undersøger jeg, hvordan debatten om bæredygtighed påvirker arkitekter, og hvordan de forholder sig til forskellige tilgange til bæredygtig arkitektur. Undersøgelsen bygger på interviews med arkitekter. Jeg ser også på, hvordan arkitekturen i et mere overordnet perspektiv relaterer sig til den verden, den indgår i, for at finde sammenhænge mellem arkitektur og bæredygtighed. Disse indsigter danner grundlag for et designforslag til Skive Ny Kunstmuseum.
This graduation project examines how the debate on sustainability influences architects and how they position themselves toward different approaches to sustainable architecture. The study is based on interviews with architects. It also considers, at a broader level, how architecture relates to the world it operates within, to clarify the overall connection between architecture and sustainability. These insights inform a design proposal for Skive Ny Kunstmuseum (New Art Museum).
