Abstract
Dette speciale omhandler et case studie af de organisatoriske udfordringer i klimaplanlægning i Aalborg Kommune. Der bliver undersøgt hvordan kommunen har foretaget klimaplanlægning, samt hvordan beslutningsprocesser bliver foretaget intern i organisationen og hvilke problematikker der fremgår ved realisering af DK2020 klimaplaner.
This master thesis is about a case study of organisational challenges of climate planning in Aalborg Municipality. It will be investigated how the municipality has been doing climate planning furthermore, how decisions are made within the organisation, and what challenges arise when realizing DK2020 climate plans.
