Abstract
Denne kandidatafhandling fra Aalborg Universitet (februar–september 2017) på masteruddannelsen i Operations & Supply Chain Management undersøger, hvordan internationale standarder for driftsprocedurer kan styrke den danske droneindustris konkurrenceevne globalt. Afhandlingen bygger teoretisk på elementer fra Total Quality Management (systematisk arbejde med kvalitet og løbende forbedringer) og standardiseringsregimer (fælles regler og standarder). Baggrunden er, at danske droneservicevirksomheder ikke blot udvikler komponenter, men især leverer dronebaserede tjenester til blandt andet landbrug, byggeri og medieproduktion, hvor Danmark er blandt de førende takket være ambitiøse nationale vækstbetingelser. Hovedhypotesen er, at indførelsen af internationalt anerkendte driftsprocedurer (klare, fælles måder at planlægge, gennemføre og styre droneflyvninger på) kan give en væsentlig konkurrencefordel. Forventede effekter er øget interoperabilitet med udenlandske aktører og markeder, højere sikkerhed ved brug af droner, mere effektiv drift i danske droneservicevirksomheder og bedre kvalitet i den data, de indsamler.
This master’s thesis from Aalborg University (February–September 2017) in Operations & Supply Chain Management examines how international standards for operational procedures can strengthen the global competitiveness of Denmark’s drone industry.
